Precision guide bushings are typical guide parts for injection mold. After selecting qualified raw material, a series working processing will be proceed: cutting, grinding, lathing, some special treatments, inspection and etc.

Different from other guide bushes, this one is designed with a groove on outer ring surface. The groove is used for filling glue and then the guide bush could be stick on the mould, which makes the bushing and the mould much tighter and more stable than normal guide bushes.

The specifications or diameters for plain guide bushings with groove are various. It could be customized as your actual demand.
