     Ejector pins are an important aspect of designing and moulding phase of die cast mould making with aluminum. Also known as knockout pins, they are attached to the movable half of the casting known as the "ejector half" in order to push out the casting from the mould cavity. Stepped ejector pin is a good choice if fitted with the moulds.
     Once the solidified mould ejects from the machine, the casting stays on the mould cavity as the component and the drafts are tailored for the same task. Apart from knocking out the solidified casting from the die, ejector pins would leave pin marks on the component. Stepped ejector rod also help in keeping the die cast parts from bending.
    Use hot die steel as material and the pins also have strong heat resistance, good quality and high precision. Moreover, we adopt nitrogen treatment to improve the hardness and wear resistance of stepped ejector pins.
