     Pin punch is widely used on stamping die, which is an important part on progressive die. Stepped punch pin is one kind of pin punches. Our steel punch pin has tough and resilient shaft, its hardness has greatly improved by our nitrogen treatment. Moreover , we are pleased to manufacture punch pins with other dimensions, lengths and materials according customers' demands.
     After assembled, continuous stamping make processed material separate or deform, and then the finished product or semi-finished product comes out. Stepped pin punch could be changeable according to practical usage.
     Manufactured with high precision ground to tight tolerances, the stepped punch pin keeps good operation for the matched mould.
