Description

     Brass cooling circuit plug is applied widely on plastic mould, any watercourse heating or cooling system. Under the match of necessary flow direction, this metal part has the effect of filling. The O-rings and shrapnel will expand to reach the effect of filling according to the slope principle.
     Please find the advantages of cooling pressure plug as below:
a) without tapping, never rust;
b) its tightness could be adjusted;
c) it could be moved freely, and placed at any position of watercourse;
d) with good thermal conductivity, water or oil could be cooling down or heating up.

Usage notice for cooling circuit plug:
a) the hole diameter of any spec mould should be 0.1mm larger than the outer side diameter of the plug;
b) if the plug doesn't fix on watercourse, it could be relaxed, and then sprayed by an air gun to reposition;
c) operation environment:  -5℃~+135℃ for normal, -10℃~+280 for special
