Description

     Ejector sleeve is always matched with an inner pin, which is one kind of mold components.
It is also called hollow ejector pin, and has several types, like straight ejector sleeve, stepped ejector sleeve...
     The ejector sleeve is casing an inner pin, and this device could move vertically. The inner pin is fixed on the base plate, and the ejector sleeve is assembled on the ejector plate. The ejector sleeve is moving upward with the ejector plate, but the inner pin doesn't move because it is fixed, so that the product parts could be ejected out by this device.
     The material used for inner pin is always harder than that of ejector sleeve. Manufactured by quality high speed steel, the inner pin has metallic luster, and its production process is similar with ejector pin. Different specification for ejector sleeves are available, processing with supplied drawings.
