The mold guide bushing is a kind of high performance solid lubricated product, which is on the base of the high-force brass, and embedded with graphite or MoS2 solid lubricant. It breaks through the limitation of general bearings which rely on oil film lubrication. During practical use, the solid lubrication is rubbed against the shaft by frictional heat, forming an excellent condition that both oil and powder to be lubricated. It not only protects the shaft from wear, but also makes the solid lubrication characteristics permanent. Its hardness is twice as high as that of ordinary copper bushing, and its wear resistance is also doubled.

There are five kinds of basic shape for the solid inlaid bearing of the mold guide bushing, including straight bushing, flange bushing, slider, thrust washer and bearing bush. And a series of advantages are known as all: good hardness performance, high wear resistance, could use with no oil supply, in the case of high load and low speed, superior performance would be shown, superior chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, the design is flexible, simple and convenient, abundant standard products, which could match with standard axis.
