     SGP guide pin sets is the simplest guide device for mould components. The device is composed of a guide pin and a guide bushing. And its effect is similar as other guide post sets.
     Although the structure is simple, but it also needs a lot work processing: cutting material, grinding the OD, lathing, grinding, heat treatment, hardness inspection, precision grinding, and then final inspection by technician.
     Guide pins and guide bushes are used to align stacked mould plates. Various standards are available, however essentially they all perform the same job. If customers have other special request for guide pin sets, we will try our best to satisfy and deliver the products on time.
     During installation is also recommended to install your guide pin sets as straight as possible into their respective holes, with pressure applied to the top of heads of the guide pins and bushes.
