Ask For Quote

Mould spring is usually referred to as "high force compression springs" or " heavy duty compression springs ". When extra heavy loads need to be taken, or when higher temperatures need to be withstood, die spring is the best choice for you.

Made of chrome-silicon steel, die springs have high tensile strength for reliable, long-lasting operation in repetitive applications, such as punching and stamping. With the closed and ground ends, movement and distribution of loads could proceed by a flat mounting surface.

According to various degrees for compression ratio of mould spring, the springs are plated with five different color: Brown, green, red, blue and yellow, which represent extra-heavy, heavy, medium, light and the lighter.

Formula: extreme pressure/(free length*extreme compression ratio)=force caused by per millimeter compression (hereinafter referred to as "Force")

e.g. If ext. diameter of the extremely light load spring (yellow) is 30mm, and its free length is 100mm, so the "Force" : 706N/(100*50%)=14.12N
